Certified Medicaid ​Planner™

Our Medicaid Planners are experts in all of the rules and strategies that pertain to Medicaid eligibility. They will meet with you to assess if the potential applicant is a good candidate for Medicaid now or in the future. After this assessment meeting, our Medicaid Planners will meet with you in what we call a design meeting to go over the strategy options available to protect assets from long-term care costs for the benefit of the spouse or family. After eligibility is obtained, our planners will have a post-eligibility meeting with you in which they will explain what is needed in order to maintain eligibility. Our Medicaid planners work with our team and oversee the entire process to make sure the desired outcome is achieved. They are knowledgeable and capable of answering any questions that pertain to Medicaid.

Intake Specialist

Our Intake Specialist helps gather the necessary information for our questionnaire that is needed in order to determine eligibility and strategy options. They will assist you with completing the assessment form. They schedule meetings for our team members.  They ensure that we respond in a timely manner to all of our customers making sure no customer is neglected. They complete all of the required forms and paperwork needed when applying for Medicaid, such as the application so you don't have to.

Verification ​Specialist

Our Verification Specialist guides clients through the verification process by explaining what docs are required, checking that submitted documents are accurate and Medicaid compliant, and answering any questions about how to obtain them. In addition to helping all of our customers obtain all of the required documentation, they handle all of the phone calls and communication with Medicaid Caseworkers and other state agencies to track applications. This saves hours of work and ensures the desired outcome. This specialist will be working with you throughout this critical step in the process.

Retention ​Specialist

Our Retention Specialist answers any customer questions post eligibility, they handle the annual Medicaid review process in order to ensure continued eligibility. They will be the applicants main contact post eligibility, a service no one else provides like us.

​Technology Director

Our Technology Director oversees the overall health of internal systems that protect client information.
